Starts ending Tuesday November 14th 6PM
Terms: 10% down day of auction with balance do in 30 days. Buyer will have 20 days to do their due diligence and provide a written report to any discrepancy in title in the 20- day period from auction date.
Title: will be conveyed by a Quit Claim Mineral Deed at closing.
Closing: will be at the office of Guarantee Abstract and the closing fee $500.00 to be shared equally between buyer and seller.
Buyers Premium: There will be a 10% Buyer’s Premium added to the high bid price to establish the total contract price.
