This tract of land consists of approximately 80 acres more or less. According the county Farm Service Agency, there are 69.50 DCP acres with 64.29 wheat base and with 36-bushel yield. The balance of the farm is currently planted to Sesame with the balance in grass pasture and timber. Access is by county gravel road and power in on the west side of farm.
