Directions: From the Orienta Coop Orienta, Oklahoma (9 miles north of Fairview, OK.) go west on Highway 412 approximately 1 mile, watch for sign, south in to drive.
This very nice home was built by the Gloss Mountain Home manufacturing company approximately 10 years ago (2010) and moved to this location. The home has approximately 1,680 sq. ft of living area with (3) bedrooms, (2) bathrooms, large open floor plan with kitchen, dining, and living area open to each other. There is a laundry room just off the kitchen with mechanical closet, and entry/exit door. The home has central heat and air conditioning, soft water, vaulted ceiling, ceiling fans, laminate wood flooring with exception to bedrooms and then you will find carpet. The kitchen is very nice with lots of cabinet space, electric oven/cook stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The main bedroom is 13’ x 16’, the other bedrooms are 12’2” x 12’9” and 9’11” x 10’6”.
