From Medford, Oklahoma, (Hwy 81 & 11), go 3 miles east on Hwy 11 to CR 990, then ½ mile south.
This nice quarter section of land is comprised of approximately 156.97± acres of land. According to the county Farm Service Agency, there is 152.89 DCP acres with 54.80 wheat base. This property is also enrolled in the Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) with two existing contracts. One contract runs 10-01-2013 and matures 9-30-2023 with 54.09 acres paying $38.26 per acre and the other contract runs 10-01-2017 and matures 9-30-2027 with 41.98 acres paying $50.99 per acre.
