AUCTION LOCATION: From Medford, Oklahoma (Hwy 81 & 11) go 7 miles east on Hwy 11 to CR 1030, then 1.5 miles south
This tract of land consists of approximately 80 acres more or less. According the county Farm Service Agency, there are 69.75 DCP acres with 66.05 wheat base and 3.70 Sorghum base both with 37- yield. The balance of the farm is currently planted to Sesame with the balance in grass pasture and timber. Access is by county gravel road and power in on the west side of farm.
