This very good cattle farm consists of approximately 160 acres and according to the county Farm Service Agency there is 94.94 DCP cropland acres with a 93.90 wheat base and 34 -bushel an acre yield. The balance of the farm is in good Bermuda and native grass pasture with some timber and a nice size pond. The farm does have perimeter fence around most of the farm with some cross fence. The land is rolling terrain with a water way running east and west.
