This tract consists of 160 ± acres of good crop/grassland just south of Medford, Oklahoma. According to the Grant County Farm Service Agency the farm consists of 117.94 acres of cropland, 117.94 base and a 34 yield. The balance of the farm is in native grass and timber.
Legal Description: NW/4 of 36-27N-5 W.I.M. Grant County Oklahoma.
Soils: Kirkland Silt Loam II, Renfrow Pahuska III
Possession: Cropland will be June 30th 2022 or after removal of wheat crop. Grassland December 31st 2021.
Minerals: Any mineral sellers own will be sold with the property.
